Connect from iPhone or iPad
Use the invited Deskbat TestFlight beta to view or control an online Windows computer.
Install the invited beta
Request access at [email protected]. Install the invited build through TestFlight. The beta is separate from a public App Store release. Update the Windows host as well as the mobile viewer.
Start a connection
- Sign in to the mobile app and choose the correct workspace.
- Select a computer, or enter its full Deskbat ID in the name/ID field.
- Use its unattended password or ask the host to approve.
- After the picture appears, open the side menu for the keyboard, special keys and session controls.
- End the session from the menu when you finish.
Read and control a larger desktop
Zoom for small text and use the view controls to move around the remote screen. Two-finger scrolling and keyboard actions depend on the session allowing control. If input is refused, check permission before changing picture settings.
Help us diagnose a failure
Include the mobile build shown in TestFlight, the Windows version shown in About Deskbat, and whether you were using Wi-Fi or mobile data. Note if Windows was locked, the display was off or the computer was asleep.
