ONE TOOL. MANY WAYS TO HELP.

What would you like to do?

One app for your own computers and the people who need your help.

Access your computer

Keep your Windows PC within reach. Set an unattended-access password to connect while you’re away, including when Windows is locked.

Explore unattended access

Help someone by ID

Ask for their Deskbat ID, enter it in the app, and request approval. They choose view-only access or control. Both of you need a Deskbat account.

Explore remote support

Connect from your phone

View and control a Windows computer from iPhone or iPad. Our mobile viewer is available by TestFlight invitation while it’s in beta.

FROM HERE TO THERE, IN THREE STEPS

From setup to connected.

  1. Set up the Windows computer

Create an account, verify your email, and install Deskbat on the Windows computer you want to access. Sign in as a workspace owner or administrator to add it. Joining a team? Ask its owner for an invitation.

  2. Choose your viewing device

Use the Windows app, or request access to the iPhone and iPad TestFlight beta. Sign in, then select a workspace computer or enter someone's Deskbat ID in Search or connect.

  3. Choose how to connect

Ask the person at the computer to allow view-only access or control, or enter its unattended-access password if enabled. Unattended access can work while Windows is locked; the computer must remain awake and online.

PERMISSION COMES FIRST

Stay connected.
Stay in control.

Remote access should start with trust. Deskbat puts account verification, explicit permissions, and the computer owner's access choices at the center of every session.

Explore security and permissions

Control who can connect

Manage your team's computer permissions. People outside your workspace can also connect by ID with local approval or the computer's unattended-access password.

Approval by default

Each session needs local approval unless unattended access is enabled with a separate computer password. Locking Windows does not revoke unattended access; Pause sharing stops incoming access.

Clear boundaries

View-only and control permissions keep each connection within its approved scope.

Your session stays yours

Screen contents and keyboard or mouse input are not stored on our servers. Connection history and technical diagnostics help trace failures. Recordings you make stay on the recording computer.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Already part of a workspace?
Sign in to My Deskbat

Someone asked me to install Deskbat. Is that safe?

Only if you know them and asked for their help. Deskbat never contacts people out of the blue about their computer, and never asks you to install the app, approve a connection or pay for support. If a stranger asks you to do any of these, don't approve the connection, and report it to [email protected].

How do I connect to a computer?

Install Deskbat and sign in on the Windows computer you want to access. From the Windows app or the iPhone/iPad TestFlight beta, sign in and choose a computer in your workspace or enter its Deskbat ID. Ask the person there to approve the connection, or enter the computer's unattended-access password if its owner has enabled it. An ID alone does not grant access.

What is My Deskbat?

My Deskbat is your account portal at my.deskbat.com. It is where you manage your computers, sites, team permissions, and account settings. Use the Windows app or the iPhone/iPad TestFlight beta for remote sessions.

Can someone connect without my permission?

A connection needs approval at the computer or its unattended-access password, with a verified Deskbat account. Someone outside your workspace can also request approval or connect by ID with that password. End a session to stop the current connection; use Pause sharing on This computer to pause incoming access. Locking Windows does not turn off unattended access. Keep the computer awake and online for remote access.

Which devices are supported?

The Windows app is available now for Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit, and requires administrator access to install. The iPhone and iPad viewer is available to invited testers through TestFlight; email [email protected] to request beta access. It is not yet a public App Store release. A Mac version is coming soon. Android and Linux downloads are not publicly available.

How do I get an account?

Create a Deskbat account, verify your email. Your private workspace is ready for your computers. To join an existing workspace, ask its owner for an invitation.

Does it work across different networks?

Yes. Deskbat connects the two computers directly when it can, and through a relay server when a direct route isn't available. The relay passes the session along without recording or keeping it. Strict firewalls or network policies can still block a connection, and the Windows app needs network access.
